These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between the company Ma Belle Housse and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation.

The products offered for sale by the company Ma Belle Housse are those which appear on the site, on the day the user consults the site and while stocks last. These are creations made in France by the designer,

If a product is unavailable, the consumer will be informed quickly. Your order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made.

Photographs and texts illustrating the products do not fall within the contractual scope.

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise indicated and excluding shipping costs. In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not fall within the responsibility of the company Ma Belle Housse. They will be your responsibility and are your entire responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations in your country. By validating your order, you agree to be contacted in the event of absence of validation, or to ask you for an evaluation of the products purchased.

Validation of your order

Any order appearing on the Ma Belle Housse website assumes adherence to these General Conditions. Any order confirmation implies your full and complete acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, without exception or reservation. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. You declare that you have perfect knowledge of it. Payment

Orders are payable in euros by

If paying by check, the buyer will make their check payable to Ma Belle Housse (véronique ROSSIGNOL) They will specify their order number on the back of the check. He will send this check by mail to the following address:

The company Ma Belle Housse will send the products no earlier than 3 working days after cashing the check corresponding to the said order, subject to provisions.

Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the order validation page. The times indicated are usual average times and correspond to processing times which are measured in working days. Average delivery time of between 2 and 5 working days following custom orders. The company Ma Belle Housse cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delivery delay, or a delay due to a total or partial strike of postal services.

In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible impact on the delivery time indicated to you.

In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of a delivery delay of more than 30 days compared to the scheduled delivery date, you have the possibility of canceling the order by contacting us by telephone or e-mail.

In the event of deliveries by a carrier, the company Ma Belle Housse cannot be held responsible for the delay in delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several appointment proposals.

Withdrawal

The costs of returning the goods are the sole responsibility of the customer. In accordance with articles L.121-16 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of their order, to return any item that does not suit them and request the exchange or refund without penalty, except return costs. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code.

Responsibility

The products offered comply with current French legislation. The company Ma Belle Housse cannot be held responsible in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered.

It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you plan to order.

Finally, the company Ma Belle Housse cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences or damages inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

Disputes

This contract is subject to French law. The company Ma Belle Housse cannot be held responsible for damages of any nature, whether material, immaterial or bodily, which could result from the misuse of the products sold.

The Commercial Court of the head office of the company Ma Belle Housse has sole jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted.
